Reservations are made for a minimum of 2 nights.
All year round.
The price includes utilities, cleaning, laundry and cosmetics.
Holiday fee is 20 CZK/person/night (persons 18-70 years old).
The above prices are valid for a maximum of 7 persons.
Please vacate the house by 10:00 on the day of departure.
In case of reservation we issue a reservation deposit of 50% of the total price. The deposit must be paid no later than 7 days after receipt of the binding booking confirmation or by return in case of reservations made 7 days or less before arrival. If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit is payable by bank transfer on the basis of the written booking confirmation. Please pay the balance in cash on the day of arrival.
Cancellation policy:
25% of the room rate if cancelled more than 14 days before the arrival date and 50% of the room rate if cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date. However, we always try to be as accommodating as possible and find an alternative accommodation date in case of a serious reason.
